I checked the event’s website and it looks like a good idea to bundle several houses that aren’t moving the standard way together in a special event to get new viewers and buyers in the houses.

I love the home tours. They are a wonderful mechanism to expose the public to the homes in the area. We have some antebellum homes that built in the 1700s here. Every Spring we have a home tour that is a hit. Agents in the Westchase area will certainly benefit for the event.
