Drive around and look at homes all day with clients..." Then as time went on I soon realized that that there were many parts of my agents job that I would not enjoy, such as answered the phone at all sorts of hours of the day, doing lots of paperwork, preparing paperwork, only to have clients change their minds, offers, counter offers, loans, etc. etc. Yes, I definitely would never put such a major decision in the hands of a part time agent.
