Renters are moving into home ownership at a rapid pace in San Diego. The entry-level real housing market has picked up to a frenzy. Things are still slow in the luxury homes markets, but anything under $500,000 is selling like hotcakes. Renters are having a hard time. The houses they rent are either getting bought or being foreclosed upon!

This seems like a nice clean home for $1300 per month. So many rentals have dirty old carpets. People pay a premium for hardwood floors when they rent San Diego homes.

Just a suggestion, but you might want to include how many bedrooms the place has and square footage. Renters usually look for specific things (at least here in Las Vegas they do).
