Nice house. Looks like a pretty good deal even in these times. Any wiggle room for a little lower price. I was able to negotiate a very good deal for my current rental.
Wow that is cheap! Are there a lot of homes up for rent there in Tampa? Here in Las Vegas we are seeing rental rates remain pretty steady for residential homes, commercial rates have dropped though.

This is really a good deal for house rental in Tampa. When renting a house, one of the most important criteria would be location and accessibility. It doesn’t matter if the house is fully furnished or not, what matters is where the house is situated? what type of neighborhood is it? and is it accessible to a hospital, schools, malls and etc?
Unbelievable rental pricing for properties looking like luxury homes and vacation villas. IMHO you could have added a couple of street view pics of this home. Really incredible. Here @ vegas we see a increase in home sales, but prices are falling.
