Most of the posts are silly but once in awhile I get some posts that go somewhere and I have recieved a closing from a lead I can say came directly from my forum. The most suprising benefit I have found for my forum is that it has helped me rank well for some terms I never even thought about going after. I intend to keep it as I have added some SEO plugins that help threads that get several posts rank well. I have had mixed results with my forum. I spend most my time promoting the houston side of it but enjoy having visitors from all over. I could use an additional moderator and was wondering if you could use one as well.
