I have decided to start a new network to bring Tampa Real Estate Professionals together to discuss and promote Tampa Florida real estate. Tampa Real Estate Forums is an easy to use phpbb style do follow forums platform that is easy to register and easy to navigate. Real Estate agents can add their homes for sale and for rent. Mortgage lenders can discuss the latest happenings in the world of lending. Home buyers and sellers can search homes and find real estate professionals. 2 James Wheelock@houston homes for sale December 18, 2008 at 2:38 pm: I have a forum a well and have set it up to be a more international site with a focus on the Houston metro area. I spend most my time promoting the houston side of it but enjoy having visitors from all over. I could use an additional moderator and was wondering if you could use one as well. It could be a nice trade of services. I will check out your forum as soon as I am done looking over the blog.

Most of the posts are silly but once in awhile I get some posts that go somewhere and I have recieved a closing from a lead I can say came directly from my forum. The most suprising benefit I have found for my forum is that it has helped me rank well for some terms I never even thought about going after. I intend to keep it as I have added some SEO plugins that help threads that get several posts rank well.
