Thanks i like the search. Easy to find good deals on homes under 100 thousand. Some good prices on homes in tampa now.
Thanks the search works good. I see alot more homes listed than ever before in the price range. Some real good bargains in tampa.
That is a good search. Makes it easy to find some good homes for under 100 thousand. I know someone who just bought one for vacation home and i think they got a great deal.
According to many reports, California, Florida, Nevada and Arizona have the highest foreclosure rates in the nation. There are plenty of opportunities. But remember consider wisely about viability of these destinations as primary residences or investment property. “Why Tampa”? is not meant to be insulting; it could very well be asked of Los Angeles, Phoenix or Las Vegas. Research the long-term viability of what the cities can offer beyond cheap real estate.
Wow, that is quite an extensive list. It’s strange coming from an area where cheap homes start over 300 to see so many homes under 100.

With the current economic status you can find homes under 100k in a lot of places you couldn’t before. I just purchased two properties in Vegas as an investment for 60% of what the owners paid for them!

Daniel you’re right. The prices are low because the crisis still affect the economy, but I think now is the moment for good investments, I don’t think the prices will stay for a long time so cheaper.
Those are insanely cheap for such an amazing location. Good lord, I wish I lived in Florida at the moment. I would be so happy to find deals like these.
Yes, the recession is the keyword for all the damping prices in the real estate market. But, there are no disadvantages without benefits as now you can invest your money and live a happy life.
I would expect that homes in florida would be more expensive because its such a vacation spot.

I think there are great deals on homes to be found if you have the money to spend on housing at his time. You won’t see housing prices this low for a while.
The recession is bringing the prices down and i believe that is not quite bad since many homes prices were way overpriced.

Tampa is a nice area too, the only real downside to FL is the humidity levels.
The housing market just astonishes me right now. As poor as the conditions seem for sellers, if you are a buyer in your 20s, these couple of years are a once in a lifetime opportunity to get a great deal on a house. There are plenty of them on the market.
I mean come on… who wouldn’t want to buy a house in florida for super cheap?
That is an excellent information and the search works really good. Great to know some real prices under $100,000 are available in tampa.
