Now I heard about this website a few months ago. I think it was back in June if I remember correcly. I question is how useful do you think the site is for consumers and do you feel that it is just an avertising ploy? I personally am not very happy with the NAR. I think they really dropped the ball in 2006/2007. I kind of feel like during that time period we would have been better off without national representation. Just my .02 if it is even worth that much.
If they list some guidelines like what percent of take home should you try to stay under for mortage payment and how much maintenance cost people can expect. I think that would be a great idea. If you tell people what actual cost to figure so they know what price they should be looking at it could solve alot of the problems we have now.
