Looks like a beautiful place to live at, just the price is a little out of my league. It prolly is pretty decent price since you’re like right on the water, I always dreamed of living on the water. Would be nice to wake up to a beautiful view as in the pictures you have posted!

I think that is a good price for renting a water front home. You should list what size boat it can handle.

Hi Dan & Rhonda
Its Lenny. I was in on your site http://www.brandonre.com/mirabay.php and I was surprises over your low – cheap rental prices. Over here in Marbella is the prices double, triple or more for similarly houses. Of course it talk longer time for us to find a client also.

Waterfront houses is really a good place for relaxation. The prices for rent i think is a little bit high. The pics shown here is really making me calm.

I am totally loving the boat lift, though I have yet to get a boat…!

Sweet! A salt water canal with boatlift? I wish I had something like that up here in Maine!!!

Yeah right, the house is pretty good from inside and the pictures are really good. I also felt that $2300 is a bit too much, but I think that would be negotiable right?
