This rent page you got goin Danny’s a great deal and it should work very well. I had a page for “For Sale By Owners” where they could list their home for sale on my real estate site and once a member they have unlimited access to over the phone or email counseling to help them sell their home. Several of them ended up listing with me, and some just needed my contract writing service, but I still do business with some of them and their friends so…Good Luck and make a lot of friends! Just remember when renting homes you need special insurance. Your regular policy wont cover it. Also if the home is unoccupied for long periods, you could get discounts using unoccupied home policies
