Starting this week I am going to be featuring a Tampa foreclosure for sale on each and every Friday. I am going choose a foreclosure I believe to be a great value and should not last long on the market. I will monitor it each week to check the status and report when it goes pending. These will not be any of my own listings. I of course will be able to represent you as a buyers agent if you are interested in the home and are not currently working with a Tampa Realtor.

There are currently 471 single family foreclosures for sale in Hillsborough county as of September 2010.

Here is the first Foreclosure Friday. Single Family located in the community of Live Oak Preserve in New Tampa. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with 1575 SF.Huge great room with laminate flooring. Kitchen has granite counters. Click below for more pictures and information

Foreclosure Friday has a good ring to it. I think this will be a good feature that home buyers will be interested in especially coming just before the weekend when most people are out looking at houses.

Totally agree with the above comment. Timing is everything and seems like friday is a perfect day for the foreclosure announcement. You are surely the marketing guru Danny.

I am a victim of the housing bubble that burst in 2008 and just some months back I was shackled by the upside down loans and exorbitant monthly payments. I had few options and turned to foreclosure. I gave up the ownership of my $2 million dollar worth apartment to the highest bidder. I clearly learnt a lesson from it, turn to bankruptcy than to go for foreclosure.

I’d love to find something like this on a website for my local area. I am looking to move but it would be much easier to just stay in the place I am, where my family are living so that I don’t have to move too far away from them.
