Lots of options, reasonably priced and great amenities make this DR Horton community very appealing. While not military, I’m guessing this added incentive will certainly attract some of our armed forces’s families. Thanks for the post. I always love getting the scoop on great new neighborhoods.

I had heard of this company too but had never really seen any of their construction. It sounds like they do a fairly decent job and the prices are reasonable.

tampa-florida is wonderful place but the price it seems a little bit to high for me.,lucky for military they got 2% discount and hope the best for DR Horton.

It would be good to see similar discounts offered in Britain to British military personal as it is impossible in Britain to afford a family home in a good area at the moment on an average military salary.

This was the first time I’ve heard of DR Horton. It seems like they have some very nice floor plans. I would love to actually see one of their properties.

This really is a pretty nice place for military families or anyone, really. Tampa is great and the houses seem nice enough. Of course it’s always nice to have a pool and fitness place too. Do you really need a heated pool in Florida?
