Sounds like a great new affordable community. $64 for HOA is fantastic. Here in Beaufort SC building has virtually stopped. We might have a total of 10 homes build built in Beaufort County which has 200,000 plus people. Glad to see someone is still building.

That actualy is a good price. The only thing i do not like is the HOA. I am sure they will have no problem at that price selling the rest of the homes.
Wow, sounds like a great deal. And HOA at only $64 a month is great. Unfortunately, HOAs in Beaufort SC are usually 10 to 20 times that.
