Champions Club in Trinity has some awesome homes as well.
Avial is a beatiful place. They have some luxury homes anyone would like and prices alot better than miami or some of the other places.

Looks like a great place to live. Very unusual to see mature trees now most places have very little or small trees. I have to see what home owners association and rules are like thanks.
This is something that I will have to mention to my sister because she was looking for homes in the Tampa area, and she definitely prefers the gated community style. Having a Junior Olympic pool is all the better!
The golf courses are simply beautiful! Would be an excellent place to live and play.
Wow! Avila is definitely a luxury place to live. Couldn’t even imagine when I’m going to live there. The trees, the pool, the club everything seems like a great place for a high standard lifestyle.
